The Glapwell Centre

The Glapwell Centre, situated on The Green, Glapwell, caters for a variety of functions such as private hire, business meetings and a range of sports activities. There are two large areas – a sports hall and smaller function room.

The “Village Hall” can be booked for a range of activities including meetings, parties weddings and funerals. Residents can get a discount on the booking costs.

The Sports Hall is hired out to local clubs running short mat bowls, badminton, basketball and football.

Both rooms have access to a kitchen and catering/mobile bar are available on request.

The Glapwell Centre hosts many events throughout the year. These are advertised locally – look out for posters. Current timetable includes the following – please check with the Centre for times.
